Structure and supramolecular organization of the canine distemper virus attachment glycoprotein

In collaboration with Dimitrios Fotiadis' lab (University of Bern) and Rainer Riedl's lab (ZHAW), we determined the cryo-EM structure of the CDV H-ectodomain, thereby representing a new blueprint for the structure-based design of next-generation antiviral drugs and vaccine candidates.
